Bank of Commerce offers high quality, embossed debit cards that will be mailed and delivered within 10-14 business days.
Through Online Banking, navigate to the dropdown beside the username and select alert settings. There you will find three categories: Account Alerts, Money Movement Alerts, and Security Alerts. Account Alerts will provide multiple selections for Debit Card Alerts. You can choose the type of alert you wish to receive.
There are two options to change your PIN # for your Debit card: if you know the current PIN # 1) Call 620-326-7471 or 2) Come to any one of our Bank of Commerce branches and a representative will assist you in changing your PIN #.
You may purchase up to $1,500.00 worth of goods or services in any one day utilizing your debit card and withdraw $300.00/day cash at an ATM.
Bank of Commerce offers an ATM at three locations: Wellington, Anthony, and Harper. Additional information can be found under “Locations”.
Bank of Commerce has fraud monitoring in place on debit cards to help protect customers from potential fraud on their cards. If you will be traveling, please take a moment to contact Bank of Commerce, 620-326-7471, and we will place the dates and locations on our system so you will not experience any interruption of service.

Lost Or Stolen Debit Card Information

Call Bank of Commerce, immediately, at 620-326-7471. If your card is lost or stolen and Bank of Commerce is closed, call 888-263-3370 and the processor will close your card. If your card is stolen and fraudulent transactions were run against your debit card, before the debit card was closed, contact Bank of Commerce and a Customer Service Representative will instruct you on the necessary steps to take.

Yes, Bank of Commerce utilizes a method to help protect cardholders by immediately alerting them to potential fraud on their cards. Bank of Commerce will use SMS Text Messages, Voice Mail, or Email alert notifications to notify cardholders. You will be prompted to respond to us.

Online / Mobile Banking

Account holders can enroll in online banking from a link on Bank of Commerce website home page.  Here’s how:

  • From the login screen select Online Banking
  • Fill out the enrollment form and click Submit
  • Setup your password
  • Check email for a one-time passcode
  • Create a new password
  • Log in with username and password
Online Banking and Bill Pay is offered at no charge.

Account holders can go to the Login page and click the link that says “Reset Password” and it will walk you through resetting your password. If you have trouble, you may contact a Customer Service Representative for assistance at 620-326-7471.

  • At least one numeric digit
  • At least one of the following special characters (@_#$%-&*)
  • At least one upper case letter
  • Minimum length: 8 characters
  • Maximum length: 25 characters

Account holders can enroll in Mobile banking by downloading the Bank of Commerce Mobile app from either the Apple App Store for iPhones or Google Play for Android devices.

  • Open the app and click on “Sign up”
  • Complete the Account Details information and click on Submit
  • Setup your password
  • Check email for a one-time passcode
  • Create a new password
  • Log in with username and password

One of the features that can be utilized with Mobile Banking is to make a deposit by taking a photo of the check and depositing through the app. These products are offered at no charge. For mobile deposit, please contact the bank at 620-326-7471.

Through Online Banking, “Alerts” will appear in the top right corner of window. These can be system generated by the bank or set up personally. To set up personal alerts, navigate to the dropdown beside the username and select alert settings. There you will find three categories: Account Alerts, Money Movement Alerts, and Security Alerts. Custom alerts categories include Balance Threshold, Periodic Balance, Transaction Amount, Account Credit, and Payment Coming due.

On the Online Banking homepage use the “Make a Quick Transfer” or select the “Transfers” tab. Indicate the “to” and “from” account you wish to transfer funds. You can choose a specific amount and choose the date(s) for the transfer. External Account relationships can be created through “Transfer Account Type” under the Transfer tab.

Yes, if you are enrolled in our Online Banking system, you can change your delivery method.

  • Once logged into Online Banking, choose an Account then “View E-Statements”.
  • Click on Enroll now.
  • Click on “Get Enrollment Code”, enter code and select Next.
  • Read the agreement and accept the terms and conditions by clicking on Save.

You can manage and view your documents under the “My Documents” tab.  If you would like to change from paper to email click “Manage Document Delivery” and select Delivery Method and Save.

Direct Deposit

After your Bank of Commerce account is opened, you will be provided with an account number and routing number. If your employer participates in the direct deposit program, provide your banking information to the payroll/HR department.
Once your Bank of Commerce account is opened, you will be given an account number and routing number. Simply call 1-800-772-1213 or use website godirect.gov and provide your account information and social security number to complete the enrollment.
